Divisional Strategic Plan
The Finance and Management division at Buffalo State has established five goals for their 2023-2026 strategic plan.
These goals are to: maintain a current and relevant master plan for facilities initiatives, support campus financial sustainability, deliver excellent services through efficient and effective business processes on campus, maintain an environment of enterprise risk management, and support the recruitment, retention, development, and engagement of all employees.
These goals aim to create a safe and attractive campus environment, ensure strategic use of financial resources, optimize business processes, manage risk effectively, and foster a supportive work environment.
